Redbank River Park is destined to be the future of Brisbane’s fast growing South Western Industrial and business precinct.
Situated just 20 kilometres from the Brisbane Central Business District and 11 kilometres from Ipwsich with ease of access to the Logan/Ipswich Motorway and Centenary Highway, Redbank River Park is set to capitalise on the infrastructure upgrades earmarked for the South Western Corridor under the State Government announced South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan 2006 – 2026. These upgrades include widening of the Ipswich Motorway, an upgrade of the Logan Motorway and Ipswich Motorway Interchange and construction of a dedicated third freight rail line.
Redbank River Park will be a Master-planned Industrial Estate with modern standard infrastructure. All land parcels will be offered fully serviced and linked together with a B-Double approved road.
